Engine Tuning /ECU Remapping

What is Remapping? ECU remapping, also called engine tuning is the modification of a vehicle to improve several areas of the performance or economy. It’s achieved through altering the settings of a vehicles engine control unit (ECU) by overwriting the manufacturers default settings with new software and settings. This software is commonly referred to as a "modified file".

Many people decide to remap their engine to get the most from their vehicle in terms of performance or economy and is a great way to improve the overall driving experience, and engines response and could also save money on fuel costs over the months or years of owning it. In some circumstances people use remapping as a fix for some expensive issues which can also them save money.

As well as perforance and economy we also offer remapping for EGR, DPF & Ad blue / Nox system solutions, speed limiter removal, pops & bangs/ crackles, Swirl flaps/manifold runners and more. (Subject to vehicle compatibility)

We will need to check your vehicle's performance gains on a database and compatibility with our remapping tool. We can usually do this via your vehicle registration number.
